a slight re-editing
I sold this to my good friend Jacky. She loves it so im gonna put it up online as a reference thing.
contains songs from other albums as its custom tracked for them.
here's where the songs are from
"In the morning" is an "unreleased" song from my phone archives. the progression is D D7/C G A7 and whatever else. Capo 1. It's on an album called linedancing to the welfare office, which i hope i can finish and release feburary 2nd of 2018.
"apostate; liver" was made for this comp
"ms. hughes" was on ugly grapefruit
"as the ex-president..." was on that weird ep with the long title i made in two hours
"drip" is from one of many tapes. Its on multiple albums and EP's. I cant seem to find a good fit for it anywhere other than by itself.
"i love you, goth boy" is on an unreleased called "mostly nothing". I dont think im gonna do much with that album
"wyatt" is from ugly grapefruit. It was recorded in my bathroom, my boots are hitting my bathtub as a "kick". Ft. my little brother at the end of it.
"lavender" is from ugly grapefruit
"ER waiting room" made for this. It comes from a 10w amp ive had for years. Its blown out a little from me abusing the distortion on it so it makes this mid-high range sound with guitars, but thick gutturals with my keyboard.
"Drunk on...." unreleased, from the phone archives. Recorded while actually drunk (the song title is accurate!)
"i remember..." is a field recording from the phone archive and an odd pedal fuckery.
"the gardens of my youth" was recorded in my bathroom. Downtune half a step, play A and move your first finger up one string for that other chord. G F C bass notes for the interlude part. Its a simple song.
"end" consists of "You wont be..." which is on Earth Cop, Space Cop. Also contains "Cristal's album". Just the bird parts tho. I thought it was pretty still. And "Graveyard Dance (demo)" which was recorded on an older phone in a graveyard on a silent day.
and then it loops!
